The Town of Wayland, Massachusetts, acting by and through its School Committee, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified firms for the provision of School and Extra-curricular Bus Transportation. A one-year contract will be awarded with the option to renew for two additional One-year terms, subject to Annual Town Meeting approval there may be an option for two additional one-year renewals.

Sealed bids shall be submitted as described below and shall be addressed to the Asst. Town Manager John Bugbee, Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until 10 AM on Thursday, January 25th , 2024.  The Town Building is open to visitors and bids can either dropped off in-person or delivered to the Town Manager’s Office Mondays – Thursdays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am – 12:30 pm. Immediately following the submission deadline, a public bid opening inside Town Building at the large hearing room.
