INVITATION FOR BID

The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites bids for:

"SUPPLYING BITUMINOUS CONCRETE MATERIALS" Contract No. 24-24

The work under the contract is to be performed "as required" for the one (1) year period commencing April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2025 with two (2) one-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Town.

Bid Documents will be available after 9 a.m. on March 6, 2024 at https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx.  All bids shall be submitted to the Reading Town Clerk’s Office prior to March 21, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.at the address listed above.

The contract will be awarded under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B, §5.

The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town's and/or the public's best interest.
