REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SELECTION OF DEVELOPER FOR BELLEVUE AVENUE FOR VETERAN SUPPORTIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

The Town of Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, acting by and through its Town Administrator (the "Town") requests proposals from parties interested in developing Veteran supportive affordable housing on 3.4 acres of town-owned property on Bellevue Avenue, in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.

Bid documents are available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the Office of the Town Administrator, electronically by email to the procurement officer at wbrough@oakbluffsma.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or by calling 508-693-3554 ext: 149.

Deadline for submissions is January 27, 2023, 2:00 p.m. Submit three hard copies and a USB flash drive with files in PDF format to the Town Administrators Office, Town Hall, 56 School Street, P.O. Box 1327, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557, in packages marked

"Veteran Supportive Housing Development Proposal."

Proposers may correct, modify or withdraw their proposals at any time during regular business hours of the Oak Bluffs Town Hall on or before January 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

There will be a pre-submission site visit on January 5, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. All interested parties are required to attend.

Proposals will be opened by the Chief Procurement Officer of the Town of Oak Bluffs on January 27, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. in the Oak Bluffs Town Hall, Town Administrators Office.
