REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Town of Oak Bluffs invites responses from qualified Architectural and/or Engineering firms stating their qualifications to provide designer services to conduct a Feasibility Study of the Oak Bluffs Police Station to determine whether to upgrade the existing facility or build a new facility in the same or alternative location by evaluating potential Town-owned parcels. The Police Station is located at 2 Oak Bluffs Ave, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

Deadline for proposals is 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

Applicants shall provide five (5) hard copy proposals and one (1) digital copy of the proposal on a USB flash drive.

All procedures related to this process are in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, Section 44 to 58 inclusive and according to the criteria described herein. The fee for feasibility study services will be negotiated.

The Town shall reject and return unopened to the sender any and/or all proposals received after the stated deadline date and time. Facsimile of proposals are not permitted. Proposals will not be opened publicly. The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to waive minor technicalities and reject or accept any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
