Qualifications:
|
General bidders must be DCAMM certified in the following categories of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
|
Special Requirements:
|
Sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the following sub-trades: Waterproofing, Damp Proofing, Caulking, Roofing, and Flashing; Painting; Electrical.
|
Miscellaneous:
|
Each General Bid and Filed Sub-Bid shall be accompanied by the Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bidder’s maximum Bid Price.
The successful General Bidder and each selected Filed Sub-Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 5 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) following notification of the Bid acceptance.
