The Town of Nantucket, through its Sewer Department, invites qualified bidders to submit bid proposals to perform Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Video Inspections of underground storm drain pipes in the Town of Nantucket. This project also includes manhole inspections of all manholes accessed during the storm drain CCTV inspections.

by 10:00 AM on Friday, November 24, 2023.
Bids will be accepted at the Town of Nantucket Procurement Office, 37 Washington Street, Nantucket, MA 02554, until Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 4:00 PM and will be publicly opened forthwith for this Invitation for Bids which is made in accordance with M.G.L. Ch 30 §39M.

The bidder shall submit in a sealed envelope clearly marked Bid for CCTV Pipe and Structure Inspection Services [Agency Name]. Bid envelopes will be accepted at the Procurement Office, 37 Washington Street, 2nd Floor, Nantucket, MA 02554 until Thursday, December 21, 2023 by 4:00 PM.

Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid Price.
Each General Bid shall include current copies of OSHA 10 training cards for all individuals who will be working on this project.
The successful General Bidder must furnish 50% Payment Bond, and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 5 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) following notification of the Bid acceptance.
