Sealed bids for the Town oflpswich Town Wharf Pump Station Replacement Purchase according to the attached scope of work will be received in the Town Hall Purchasing Office, 25 Green Street, 2" Floor until February 14, 2024, 1pm at which time and place they will be publically opened and read aloud. The Town of Ipswich will award a contract to only one responsive and responsive bidder. The Town of Ipswich reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informality and to award the contract in the interest of the Town of Ipswich. An EEO/AA Employer; MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids.
