Qualifications:

Successful bidders must furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the total amount of the (Sum of Year 1 Extended Total Bid.)
A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the (Sum of Year 1 Extended Total Bid.) shall be furnished with the bid in the form of cash, certified check, treasurer’s or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, or in a form of a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, made payable to the Town of Ipswich.
