The City of Westfield is seeking qualified vendors to submit proposals for a Public Works Department Management and Operations Study in accordance with the specifications set forth.

All proposals shall be sealed, addressed to the “Chief Procurement Officer, City of Westfield, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085 RFP 24-023” per the specifications set forth in the document. This envelope is to be clearly marked with the Proposer’s name, and titled City of Westfield RFP 24-023 Public Works Department Management and Operations Study Price or Non Price Proposal, 2:00 pm, April 9, 2024.
