City of Westfield, MA (Owner) invites sealed Bids for Water Recovery Facility Operations Building, Bid #23-004 for construction of a new 3,200 square foot elevated Operations Building at the Water Recovery Facility. Substantial Completion: within 240 days. Final Completion: within 270 days.
Receipt of Sub-Bids: 2:00 pm on June 20, 2023. Receipt of General Bids: 2:00 pm on July 11, 2023. Submit to: Owner’s offices, City of Westfield, MA Purchasing Director’s Office, City Hall Room 101, 59 Court Street Westfield, MA 01085, Attn: Tammy Tefft, with Bid security at 5% of each total sub-Bid and each General Bid.
This Project is to be funded in part with monies made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and compliance with certain Federal provisions is required.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in their best interest.
