INVITATION FOR BIDS

The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for the Mullaney “Hancock” Park Renovation project in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Lawrence and The Engineering Corp, Inc. (TEC).

Sealed Bids, marked SEALED BID- MULLANEY “HANCOCK” PARK RENOVATION will be received until 2:30 p.m. December 21, 2023 at the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

The scope of work includes: Fence vegetation removal and repair, lighting evaluation and repair, trash receptacle and bleacher installation, general landscaping improvements, baseball field resurfacing, and basketball court selective demolition, asphalt paving, color sealcoating, and hoop installation.

All interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to visit the site and submit questions to the city.
