The City of Lawrence Municipal Airport is looking for qualified tenants/developers interested in leasing a parcel or portion thereof, of airport property owned by the City of Lawrence, Massachusetts. Proposals will be received at this Office of the City Clerk until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 as outlined in the attached specifications:

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous for the City of Lawrence. The City also reserves the right to make the award, which is found to be more advantageous for the City of Lawrence.
The proposer awarded the lease is required by M.G.L. c. 7, §40J to submit a disclosure of beneficial interests, which is included in this RFP.
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Bidders will be required to adhere to the guidelines established under this statute.
Five (5) copies of the proposal must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840. Bids delivered elsewhere and not in this office by 11:00 AM, 05/03/2023 will not be considered.
