REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The City of Lawrence invites proposals from Lawrence property owners who are interested in offering office space for use by its Police Department with a lease term of (1) one-year with the City’s sole option to extend for an additional one (1) or two (2) year term.

LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT

Proposals from vendors are due at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.

All proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
