The City of Lawrence invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing transportation services to Homeless-Foster Students of the Lawrence Public Schools on a scheduled basis. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which oblige the School Departments of Cities and Towns to provide adequate transportation with the City of Lawrence as well as out-of-district, under the terms of the federal McKinney-Vento Act.
