OZONE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT
City of Attleboro, MA (Buyer) invites sealed Bids for Ozone System Equipment Procurement including a complete ozone system with ozone generation, feed gas preparation, nitrogen addition system (if applicable), cooling water system (if applicable), ozone destruction, master ozone control system, instrumentation and spare parts (Goods), services by manufacturer’s field service engineer and a 2-year extended warranty. Buyer will furnish a construction contractor under a separate contract to perform installation or construction for which the Goods are being furnished and to supervise and direct the field services.
Receipt of Bids: 11:00 AM local time on February 8, 2023 at Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Office 2nd Flr, 77 Park St, Attleboro, MA 02703. Submit 5% Bid security with Bid.
Bid opening: public.
Bidding is per Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M. No pre Bid conference.
