The City of Attleboro is requesting quotes (RFQ) to Sandblast the Newell Shelter Pavilion. The Newell Shelter Pavilion is located at Capron Park, 199 County Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.

The RFQ is available to download from the bottom of this advertisement under Related Documents. The RFQ is also available from Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Office, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. Fill out Plan Holders Form to view and download the bid documents and to get notified of any addendums.

A Pre-bid site visit is MANDATORY. Schedule your site visit with Derek Corsi @ 774-719-7218. The hours for the site visit are Monday- Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm. The NEWELL SHELTER PAVILION is located at Capron Park, 199 County Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. Contractors will be excluded from quoting if they have not attended a site visit with Derek Corsi or City representative.

Project must be completed by April 26, 2024 and work can be performed any day of the week.

PAYMENT BOND
If the price quoted is greater than $25,000 then within ten (10) days of notification of contract awards, the successful Contractor will be required to submit a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount to be held in the City’s Purchasing Department until all work has been accepted by the Park & Forestry Superintendent.
