The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B and Department of Revenue regulations, is seeking proposals for a 3-year program for revaluation of all Real Property. Sealed proposals for the FY 2025 Certification and FY 2026, FY2027 Interim Adjustments are due on April 1, 2024 until 3:00 PM to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
