The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, seeks sealed bids for Sludge Dewatering/Processing at the Water Filtration Plant in the Town of Braintree, Massachusetts. A site visit to be scheduled for Tuesday. March 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Bids are due by 11:00 A.M. March 14, 2024, at the Braintree Water & Sewer Department office, 85 Quincy Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late bids will not be accepted. No bid deposit is required.

The Braintree Water & Sewer Department reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any and all bids, and to accept the bid they deem to be best for the Town of Braintree.
