The Town of Braintree seeks proposals for preparation of a Feasibility and Initial Design Study for Affordable Housing Developments located at 74 & 90 Pond Street and 85 Quincy Avenue. Proposals are due by Wednesday January 4, 2023 at 3:00pm to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, (2 ^nd Floor) 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
