The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals for a Consultant to perform Revaluation of Personal Property in FY25, Collection and Evaluation of Personal Property in FY26 and FY27. The contract period shall be up to three years. Proposals are due on March 26, 2024 until 12:00 PM (noon) to Lorraine See, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. Proposals that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late proposals will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals
