The Town of Braintree invites sealed bids in accordance with M.G.L. C. 30B from Furniture and Equipment Vendors to Supply, Deliver and Install Furnishings and Equipment for the:

Braintree South Middle School – 232 Peach Street, Braintree, MA 02184

Bids will be received at the address listed below for the Town of Braintree, Massachusetts, acting by and through its School Building Committee, the Awarding Authority Braintree Public Schools until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Bids will not be accepted nor may submitted bids be corrected, modified or withdrawn after the deadline for bids.

There will be no charge for contract documents.

One or more purchase orders may be issued for the FFE hereunder. This will be a one time purchase. This bid contains furniture and equipment that includes delivery and installation.

Contract Completion: 26 May, 2023. Timely delivery and installation for this project is critical. Vendors unable to abide by this schedule need not bid.

All bids shall be submitted as one (1) ORIGINAL and two (2) COPIES.

The Town will reject any and all bids in accordance with the above referenced General Laws. In addition, the Town reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids (in whole or in part) if it be in the public interest to do so.
