2023 SPECIAL TOWN MEETING SOUND SYSTEM


The Town of Concord is soliciting quotes from experienced, qualified sound system contractors for the 2023 Special Town Meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 7:00PM, to continue for consecutive days if needed or in the event of snow.

The Town will meet with interested vendors during normal business hours to review the site location, rooms to be used, logistics, electricity needs, and other topics requested by the interested vendors. The vendors will need to schedule this site visit in advance and prior to the quote submission deadline of November 18, 2022. Interested Vendors should email Donna McIntosh at dmcintosh@concordma.gov

The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to make any inquiries regarding this procurement.
