CELEBRATION EVENT MANAGEMENT/COORDINATION
The Town of Concord is requesting proposals from an experienced, qualified full-service agency to organize and coordinate town-led and town-sponsored events across the four municipalities of Arlington, Concord, Lexington, and Lincoln related to 250th celebrations of first battles of the American Revolution. The over arching goal is to coordinate activities such that the four towns are not competing against each other but create an engaging and organized schedule of activities.

The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town.
