The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide a comprehensive feasibility study and conceptual designs for the construction or renovation of a Town Hall. All applicants must submit in conformance with the Request for Qualifications documents available on the Town of Northborough’s website under the Town Administrator Department.  Documents are available on the Town’s website at: https://www.town.northborough.ma.us/bids. All addendums to this RFQ will be posted to the Town’s website and all plan holders will be notified.

This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, M.G.L. c. 7C, §§44-58.  Proposals shall be received by June 22, 2023 at 2:00PM at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded.  No proposals will be accepted after the time and date noted.
