NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed Bids for Contracts 2024 Mill and Overlay will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 PM on April 10, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid Documents will be available beginning March 20, 2024 by contacting Maggie Chan at mchan@northamptonma.gov

. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing for the project with an estimated value of $3,000,000 will be required. Project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit and Payment & Performance bonds are required. This is a City and State funded project. The City of Northampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
