DeFazio Playground Design

The Town of Needham invites statements of qualifications for DeFazio Playground Design. The Request for Qualifications and details regarding the submission requirements will be available beginning Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the DPW Administration Office in the Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Ave, Needham, MA 02492, by calling (781) 455-7550, ext. 345, or online at http://needhamma.gov/bids.aspx .

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 10:00am at DeFazio Park, 380 Dedham Ave, Needham, MA 02492.

Sealed proposals will be received at the DPW Administration Office in the Public Services Administration Building until 12:00pm, July 13, 2023. Finalist interviews are tentatively scheduled for July 31, 2023.

The Town of Needham reserves the right to reject or accept any or all statements of qualifications if it is in the public interest to do so.
