Sealed bids for construction of the Public Safety Building Envelope Improvements for the Town of Truro, Massachusetts, will be received at Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, Clerks Office until 2:00pm prevailing time, on Wednesday October 11th, 2023, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work includes construction of:
The proposed renovations are to demolish existing windows and siding. New work consists of wood siding, pvc trim, and fiberglass windows.
The required contract completion period is 130 consecutive days.
