The Town of Southborough, Massachusetts, acting by and through the Select Board as the awarding authority, is requesting bids for the Breakneck Hill Farm Dumping Site Cleanup Project.  Bids must be received by Wednesday, November 15 at 12:00 PM, at the Conservation Commission’s Office, 9 Cordaville Road, Southborough MA 01772.  Bids received after the specified submission time will not be accepted.   Bid documents may be obtained on or after Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 9:00 AM, by email to mdanza@southboroughma.com or at the Conservation Commission's Office, 9 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA during the Office’s regular business hours (excluding holidays). This Invitation for Bids is being administered under the provisions of Chapter 30, §39M of the Massachusetts General Laws.  The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any and all bids if it deems it to be in the public interest to do so.
