The City of Holyoke is seeking sealed proposals for a consultant to assist the City in navigating CCC regulations. This would include but not be limited to Host Community Agreements (HCA), Special Permits, Business Analysis of current license holders, and completion of equity provisions in compliance with CMR regulations. The city is looking for a 1year Agreement to start on or before 3/31/2024. There will be an option to renew for up to 2 years based on Vendor performance and satisfaction of the city. All renewals are dependent upon appropriation.
