Request for Quotes for 1. Site Prep and 2. Playground Installation

Install and Site work for Playground Structure at Donahue School in Holyoke. School will have the Structure we are looking for Site prep including excavation, sub grade preparation, concrete placement for structural components and wood fiber safety surface distribution.  Contractor qualifications include Certified Landscaper Structures Installer and the organization must have a CPSI(Certified Playground Safety Inspector) on staff for warranty purposes. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have installed at least 3 playgrounds within the last 5yrs for reference.

The use of Federal funds will be used so submitters must have a unique identity # registered with SAM.GOV, Certified payroll must be submitted with use of Prevailing Wages or Davis Bacon Wages (whichever is higher).

Full documents to submit quotes can be obtained from morrowj@holyoke.org or in person from the Purchasing Office. The deadline to submit quotes is September 7, 2023 @ 2PM.
