MassDOT Pre-qual in the category Highway-Construction/Highway-Bike Paths with an estimated project value of $900,000.00

Bids will be received at the City of Holyoke’s Purchasing Office, 536 Dwight Street, Room 3, Holyoke, MA 01040 beginning at 9:00AM on 9/20/23. Bid documents may be requested via email to morrowj@holyoke.org or in person at the City of Holyoke’s Purchasing Office. The deadline to submit bid proposals is 10/10/23, by 2:00PM, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened in compliance with Chapter 30B and the City of Holyoke’s Ordinances. No electronic Submissions will be accepted. THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS

This project is being funded in part or in whole with Federal Funds. Respondents will be verified for eligibility to receive Federal Funds and must comply with all requirements including Part 200.

**The City is offering a non-mandatory but highly recommended site visit on 9/26/23 @ 10am. Interested contractors shall meet at the cul-de-sac adjacent to 4 Overlook Drive, Holyoke, MA 01040
