Request for Proposals for Management Services

The City of Holyoke is soliciting proposals for management services to operate the Jones Ferry River Access Center.

Services required range from facility maintenance and security to water based recreational programming.

Applicants should demonstrate a record of successful experience with contracts of this magnitude, more importantly with projects of similar nature in Massachusetts in the recent past.

Requests for Proposals are available, from the City of Holyoke through its Purchasing Department at sweeneye@holyoke.org

Proposals are to be submitted on or before March 20, 2024, at 2PM to the Purchasing Office.
