RFP # 2023-31 On Call Designer Services for City Hall Projects
The City of Holyoke is seeking proposals from qualified Massachusetts registered architectural firms to provide professional architectural services associated with City capital improvement projects in the City Hall Building. This will include City Council Chambers, City Hall Ball Room, and other potential projects such as flooring, lighting, etc. on an as-needed basis. .
