Invitation to Bid 2024-35 GC and Filed Sub bids Peck Middle School **PRE QUALIFIED GC & SUB BIDDERS ONLY** DCAMM GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
The City of Holyoke is accepting bids in accordance with MGL CH.149 for General Contract pre-qualified trade contractors only for the GC & FSB prequalification’s from 2024-16 for the New Peck Middle School. Only Pre Qualified Bidders may submit bids. A Pre Bid Conference will be held at the Peck Middle School located at 1916 Northampton Street, Holyoke, MA 01040; Date and Time to be determined and will be issued via Addendum. This project is being managed by our OPM Anser Advisory. All documents are available through biddocs.com Documents for all categories of filed sub bids will be available on 11/30/2023. Documents for Pre Qualified General Contractors will be available on 12/6/2023. The bidding deadline for Sub Bidders is on 12/28/2023 @ 4PM where results will be available on biddocs.com . The bidding deadline for General Contract is on 1/11/2024 @4PM where results will be available on biddocs.com . Estimated cost for construction is $61,200,000.00. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. |
