Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services: City Hall Parking Deck
The City of Holyoke (City) is requesting qualifications from firms to perform a detailed existing conditions assessment and feasibility study for future rehabilitation of the City Hall Parking Deck located at 536 Dwight Street. The existing conditions assessment shall include survey, structural evaluation, and hazardous materials assessment of the existing structure. Upon completion of the feasibility study, the selected firm shall also prepare a preliminary design for the City's preferred alternative.
