Qualifications:

|
MassDot prequalification of contractors with the class of works as, Sewer & Water, for the project with an estimated value of $5,000,000 will be required.

Special Requirements:

All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner.

Miscellaneous:

|
This is being bid under M.G.L Chapter 30B Section 39M. Massachusetts Wage Rates as established pursuant to the provision of MGL, Chapter 149, Section 26-27H apply to the project.
