The City of Framingham seeks qualified contractors to complete the installation of two (2) new Daktronics MS2031 Scoreboards at Fuller Field. Installation to be completed by an authorized Daktronics Scoreboard Installer.

Work under this contract is intended to begin as soon as possible after award, commensurate with appropriate site and weather.

Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Fuller Field entrance adjacent to Fuller Middle School, 31 Flagg Drive, Framingham MA 01702.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
