The City of Framingham (City), invites sealed bids to retrofit the existing stormwater outfall at Waushakum Beach and installation of biofiltration swale.

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email, or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through the Vendor Registry and are due on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
