The City of Framingham, Massachusetts invites qualified insurance brokerage firms, licenses to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to submit written proposals for brokerage services for the City's property and liability insurance needs for the upcoming FY2025 fiscal year in accordance with the specification issued in this RFP.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, after 10:00 A.M.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email, or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
