The City of Framingham will be accepting bids for a company to provide materials, supplies, and services for maintenance and improvements of municipal traffic loops, street lights, and traffic signals across the City of Framingham. The vendor will also need to be responsive and assist quickly in normal vendor capacity and in emergency situations requiring manpower and services.

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Bids shall be submitted through the Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 2:00PM
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
