Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44A through Section 44J, inclusive, as amended.
To be eligible and responsible for bidding on this project, General Bidders shall submit with their bid a current Certificate of Eligibility for Masonry issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management, DCAM (formerly the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, DCPO), together with an Update Statement
Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal
