The City of Framingham, Massachusetts, invites sealed bids for general landscaping services on the grounds of Cushing Memorial Park, encompassing an area of approximately 70 acres. Services include mowing, leaf removal, shrub trimming, and related services.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, after 10:00 A.M.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document. They will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email, or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Cushing Memorial Chapel parking lot, 60 Dudley Road, Framingham, MA 01702.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
