The City of Framingham invites responses to RFQ #7867 Designer Services from a qualified Architectural Services firm to provide Design Services for a Centralized Dispatch Facility. The existing dispatches are currently separate and located at Fire Station 1 and Police Headquarters. The City of Framingham has acquired an adjacent building to City Hall located at 188 Concord Street, Framingham, MA 01702. The City of Framingham’s main focus is combining both of Framingham's dispatches and providing the ability to expand for other communities to join and become a Regional Dispatch Center. An accelerated timetable of document preparation will be a high priority of this overall project request. The City seeks a designer with demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a municipal environment to achieve desired outcomes.

Any questions relative to this request for proposal should be submitted through the Vendor Registry by
Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.

If the question is one that the City believes would materially affect the Purchase Description, Scope of Work or Evaluation Criteria, an addendum will be issued via Vendor Registry and sent to all bidders on record as having picked up the Proposal.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
