The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for On-Call Trenchless Utility Rehabilitation Projects. Work will consist of scheduled and on-call trenchless services for the City of Framingham for various sewer and drainage and related utility projects. Rehabilitation methods will include: CCTV Inspection, Joint Testing and Grouting, CIPP Point Repairs, CIPP Pipe Lining, Lateral Reinstatement, Service Connection Sealing, Service Lateral Linin, Manhole Lining, Bypass Pumping, and Cleaning and Vactoring.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday February 15, 2023 after 10:00 A.M. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration until 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 2, 2023.

The awarded contractor shall comply with Mass. Gen. L. Ch. 149, Sec. 26 – 27D, as this contract is subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
