The City of Framingham is accepting sealed proposals for the Delinquent Tax Collection RFQ under MGL Chapter 60 §2B. The City has approximately 800 bills outstanding, dating back to 2017. The collection process must follow standard, legal collection methods. The winning bidder must sign a standard City of Framingham contract.

RFQ documents can only be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

RFQ documents will be available on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry. RFQs must be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and waive any minor informalities and technicalities.
