The City of Framingham (“City”) is accepting sealed bids for the Demolition and replacement of existing asphalt courts, lighting, fencing, and other site amenities. New courts will be constructed using post-tensioned concrete.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bid documents will be available on Wednesday December 21, 2022 at 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry. Bids shall be submitted through Vendor Registry and are due on Wednesday January 11, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday December 28, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Winch Park 115 A. Street Framingham, MA 01701

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
