The City of Framingham (CITY), invites sealed bids to provide services for the mitigation of fats, oils and grease (FOG) accumulations within the City's sewer system. These units are used to break up FOG in the sewer system by slowly injecting live cultured microorganisms into the sewer system, without obstructing the flow of wastewater within the system. This Contract requires all work necessary or proper for or incidental to this purpose including providing all necessary supervisors, personnel, equipment and materials.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
