The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 7815 Exterior Envelope Repairs at Multiple Framingham Schools (Juniper Hill, Harmony Grove Elementary, Cameron Middle) includes exterior masonry, sealant, and miscellaneous wall repairs and minor glazing repairs.

DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Masonry

Bid documents can be obtained electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 after 10:00 A.M.in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Gale Associates Inc. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Sealed General Contract bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday February 15, 2023

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
