The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 8295 Dunning School Roof Replacement and Associated Work.
The project work consists of the renovation of the existing roof by removal of the entire existing roofing system and the installation of an entirely new roofing system for the educational facility. The building shall be designed and constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for the Charlotte A. Dunning Elementary School 40 Frost Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Roofing;
Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following trades:
Section 22 0001 Plumbing
Section 23 0001 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Section 26 0001 Electrical Work
In
order to be eligible and responsible to bid on this project, General Bidders certified in Roofing and Filed Sub-Bidders shall submit with their bid a current Certificated of Eligibility for HVAC issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, DCAMM (formerly the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, DCPO), together with an Update Statement.

Sealed filed sub-trade bids for Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Work must be received no later than Wednesday January 31, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. via the Vendor registry portal

Sealed General Contract bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal
