The City of Framingham is advertising for bids from qualified contractors to perform Cross Connection Control Surveys as part of the City’s Cross Connection Control Program, which protects the City’s water distribution system. All work shall be in compliance with the Department of Environmental Protection’s 310 CMR 22.22 Regulations. During the contract period, the contractor will be required to adopt any new requirements put in place by the Department of Environmental Protection and comply with them.
Bid documents can be obtained electronically on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, after 10:00 A.M. Only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Proposals submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Sealed proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal
